happy toddler hack - fruity mini popsicles!!

As a toddler mom, I’m always looking for creative, but easy, ways to get my cooking-obsessed daughter in the kitchen with me. I recently found these mini popsicle molds on Amazon, and they’ve been a lifesaver. They’re incredibly easy to use, and are the perfect size for little kids. (They also come in standard popsicles sizes too)
prep time: 5 mins total time: 10 mins
ingredients
2 cups of any juice you have on hand
1 cup of fruit (There will be tiny fruit bits in the popsicle, so if your little isn’t into that kind of texture, you can just use juice)
1/2 tbsp of honey (Don’t worry. When food freezes, the taste isn’t as intense. So taste your mixture and make it slightly sweeter than you would a smoothie)
CHICCHIC popsicle molds (or similar)
instructions
Mix the juice, fruit, and honey in a blender until smooth.
Pour juice mixture into molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
To unmold, run mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove and enjoy!
